In January, 2003 Daniel Wade Moore received the death penalty after
a jury found him guilty in the murder of Karen Croft Tipton--guilty
on four counts of capital murder.
In February, 2005 Daniel Wade Moore was set free by Judge Glenn
Thompson.  Moore will go free again, this time for good, unless the
appeals court reverses and recuses Judge Thompson.
