Dr. Downs followed up with this letter: he again says I'm possibly jeopardizing a
criminal prosecution by not letting him pull hairs out of my children's head. They never
needed my childrens' hair, as it turns out. I was right. He was wrong. If it had become
absolutely necessary in the end, I'd have considered it. It was almost a year after the
murder. I was being lied to by people who are supposed to be working for me, and I
absolutely did not appreciate it. I was being denied the autopsy report, when I had
absolutely every right under the law to see it.
The week after I met with Downs, and was allowed to look at him looking at the
autopsy report, I received the following letter from ADFS:
