Welcome to the Slander Board
where the moderators are clueless teenagers who don't care what goes on in their forum. libel, slander, name-calling, profanity, personal attacks. it's all good. long as you don't say anything bad about them. they'd rather have another thousand posts deleted, than do what they should do: ban the worst violator of their rules. ban the biggest slanderer of them all. why won't they? it's long, long overdue.

That was a detail that had NOT been stated in the newspapers. You LIED and said it had been in the papers. Then I posted the pertinent quotes from the Bell article you referred to and showed there was NOTHING in that article about the victim being stabbed in the heart. dwm didn't get THAT detail from the papers. dwm had KNOWLEDGE of the details of the victim's fatal wounds, details that were NOT revealed in any newspaper. You LIED about this and got caught in it. You evidently forgot about all that. But remember when you claimed the uncle may have misquoted dwm? Now that was a new low, even from a low-life like you.

The tape was played for the jury in open court, but the contents of it were NOT transcribed. Since you couldn't drag your worthless ass out of bed, and missed the entire trial, you didn't hear the tape of the 911 call, and since it wasn't in the transcript, you were totally ignorant on that topic. No wonder you were WRONG in your claims about the 911 call. Your claims, as usual, were based on ignorance.

But the detail that Moore told his Uncle (that the victim was stabbed in the heart) was NOT released. Post the article, if you have a newspaper article that tells of this detail. You can't because none exists. And don't mention the Chris Bell article in the Huntsville Times. You've already tried that lie. We know that article says NOTHING about stab wounds to the heart. Moore KNEW the victim had been stabbed in the heart, and he could NOT have gotten it from any newspaper. Daniel Moore must have had DIRECT KNOWLEDGE of the murder victim's wounds.

Fact is, MORON, I have (had, April Davis now has it) a copy of the 911 tape. I also have (had, April Davis now has it) a copy of the 911 tape transcribed. How do you like them apples? As previously explained when discussing the 911 tape, Tipton did mention his kids...what I ment was his worthless ass didn't bother to look for them when he said, THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE.  Got it?

The killer stabbed Tipton's left breast five times. There were 17 stab wounds to the left chest and abdomen, including wounds that hit the heart, liver and spleen.

Seems to me dwm was very accurate in what he told his Uncle. Even down to the number of stab wounds to the heart. Maybe you better go back to saying the Uncle may have misquoted dwm.

Likely explanation...
In telling his uncle about the murder, DWM probably thought he stabbed her 5 times or so in the heart because of the stabs counted in the left chest. He could not have actually known the landed strikes directly to the heart unless he also performed his own autopsy of Mrs. Tipton before the coroner.
Come on, LK, admit it. That is the likely scenario and quite believable. The more I read of the Non-LK posts, the more I'm becoming convinced of his guilt.

Also, something i must have missed, was that TOOL BOX that was found with DWK in the hotel room in Decatur, when the cops knocked on the door? or was it in his apartment in hansville? i don't recall which it was, but someone told me he had it in Decatur with him? when cops went to talk to him in decatur.....i thought it was in hansville? where the tool box was found?
