Linda, why don't you just get Daniel's criminal history from the same people who gave you the $1,200.00 transcript?
If you don't want to do that, you could ask his parents. I'm sure they would be willing to tell you.
Better yet, why don't you ask the murdering crack-head in person the next time you're talking to him through the glass? It will help take his mind off the Court of Criminal Appeals and besides, its not like he has much else to do.
