LK finally admits her largest flaw...
"To be quite honest, I don't pay much attention to Valeska's crap"...
Pay particular interest to the "I don't pay much attention" part of her own line. Anything that cannot be seen as a case-maker for Danny Boy is simply and thoroughly dismissed as unimportant and impertinent. That way she can claim total and utter ignorance to those matters which may keep her OOA (object of affection) behind bars. Pretty much explains her mania.

that's true!
Someone went to the pains to post the details of the chain of custody of the physical evidence. Specifically, someone posted the details about the custody of the hairs that were used for DNA analysis. Think Kubina read any of that? Hell, no. That's not in keeping with her demented worldview that everyone's corrupt or a liar, except her love-interest dwm.

Actually, Daniel had knowledge of many homes and the homes alarm system. Daniel had worked for an alarm company, remember? So, why would/should he choose an occupied dwelling (mid-afternoon/a paving crew working RIGHT NEXT DOOR)?

So according to Linda, Daniel falsely admitted to being at the Tipton home during the murder. However, IF he had been he would have been smart enough to pick a house that was unoccupied without a work crew. Is that what your saying, Linda?

But if you want some accurate information on this case, ask anybody in the world other than Linda Kubina. She didn't attend the trial, and she gave her transcript away to some TV celebrity!

Also, what's her name is givnig DWM a lot of credit for brains for assuming DWM would not go where the workers were nearby --- yeah, right! We're talking about an admitted crackhead, possibly in need of a fix. Many would do anything (& some do) to get the next fix.

You are correct I was trying to point out to Linda that she is getting her arguments confused. xyz, I'm sorry if you misunderstood the post. I do believe DWM was/is guilty. I know that Linda did not attend the trail. I don't think it would matter if she did. She tends to hear what she wants and makes up the rest.

copy an paste.....tool box....motive....just some stuff....
I don't know about the rest, but when u want to make yourself clear to the person you are talking to, i myself will cut and paste, BUT alway's put the name behind it, makes everyone know who said it. some of the rambling gets long sometimes, what i may want to say to someone may be something remark made a page back. but anyhow.
Also I'm assuming that the tool box with the sticker on it from the alarm company that dwm worked for the very same company that worked on the Tipton home, with dwm there ALL over the house, more than ONE time.
WAS found in the hotel room when the cops went to talk to dwm.......NOT at his apartment when they went there to search it..........
Well i have been doing some reading on killers and such....seems that, 'they' sadist murderers MOST all of the time will 'keep' something that 'represents' their 'fantasies' that they made 'real' or even before they use these 'things' plays a part in the sadist's over all pleasure/flashbacks in the object they keep.
So........... brings 'us' back to the 'tool box' not only was it the ONLY thing dwm had that could have been converted into crack $$$$$...And yet he STILL had it, either dwm was going to kill someone again and soon, he had the means (with that tool box) to get into homes.
OR it, to him:represented the crime its self.....
I said when i first really started to get information on my own, that the MOTIVE in this crime was to kill the victim, He went there to kill/rape/brutalize/ KAREN TIPTON, that was the MOTIVE!!!!!
and to think.... only a few hairs, he left, he had this planned/thought out in his sick twisted head, a long time before he met Karen Tipton,and the 'plan' included the tool box!
UNTIL of course the alarm company waltzed dwm into the Tipton home! HOW Many homes was he in?
He could be at a "home' near U real soon................
IF THAT TOOL BOX DIDN'T MEAN SOMETHING TO DWM, HE WOULD HAVE PAWNED IT OFF LONG BEFORE THE COPS CAME A KNOCKING!
