doc'a a CHEAT!!!
I JUST RETURNED FROM TIPTON'S SITE AND I NOTICED HOW HE THINKS HE'S MET MY CHALLENGE. AS USUAL, HE CAN'T BE TRUSTED! I ASKED HIM TO POST DANIEL WADE MOORE'S CRIMINAL HISTORY AND WHAT DOES THE CHEAT DO, HE POSTS "HISTORY OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR."
YOU SHOULD REALIZE, DOC, YOU AREN'T CAPABLE OF PULLING ONE OVER ON ME.
YOU'RE A LIAR AND A CHEAT!
I SAID, ONCE AGAIN, CRIMINAL HISTORY NOT HISTORY OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR!

Questions
cartman/doc:
I've sent you numerous e-mails with what I believe to be "reasonable" questions. You haven't answered one.
Perhaps maybe you'll answer here...
1. You posted on your site Karen was sewing when she was attacked. Now, I've read the transcript, the autopsy report, etc. and none mentions a sewing needle in Karen's hand when she was found. As a matter of fact, a sewing needle has not been mentioned at all. Now, who but God, Karen and her attacker knew what she was doing when attacked?
2. You also state Karen was killed with her own kitchen knife. Correct me if I'm wrong, no murder weapon was ever recovered. Once again, who, but God, Karen and the person who stabbed Karen knew what knife was used?
Please answer.
Let me add that it does NOT say...we assume, or it's possible that. It specifically says that she was...

Can we stick to the discussion?
I have looked at the site "KarenTiptonMurder.com" in the section "History of Criminal Behavior".
It states that Moore's criminal record "Beginning at Austin High, dwm purchased, possessed, and consumed powder and crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, hallucinogens, marijuana, as well as under-age alcohol and diverted prescription drugs. He had arrests for DUI, illegal alcohol, speeding, for marijuana possession,and more,by the age of 21. He was convicted of the DUI. He violated the terms of his probation innumerable times, which is a crime in itself, but was slick enough to fool a veteran Court Referral Officer while doing it. He had 33 counts of bad checks in Morgan County alone, plus two other counties I know of."
Is this true or not? Ms. Kubina can you answer this, as you have stated that you personally know Mr. Moore and his family?
I know that it is true that he wrote a bad check at the Mall (don't remember which store) and when they wouldn't accept his check he stole the gold necklace he was trying to buy, ran from the police, wrecked his truck and was arrested. This was on the tv and in the newspapers and I have not seen any retractions on this.
Can you dispute this Ms. Kubina?
And please, everyone, don't insult me, these are legitimate and logical questions. I am trying to understand everyone's point of view on this.

I'll be glad to answer what I can.
First and foremost, tipton suggested on his site that Daniel had a long criminal history. Nothing about his behavior...A LONG CRIMINAL HISTORY.
That is, in no uncertain terms, an absolute lie. Note: History of criminal BEHAVIOR.
I do not know Daniel, per say. I have spoken with him a few times and he has written me two letters. I do not know about Daniel's past behavior...but when the Judge sentenced him, he said Daniel's criminal history was rather insignificant. I believe he said: one DUI, an open container and maybe speeding.I'm not sure of the last, but you can probably confirm w/ the Judge's office. The incident concerning the necklace took place AFTER Karen Tiptons murder. Doesn't it seem kinda funny they say a young man was capable of going into someone's house to rob and murder them, in broad daylight, with a paving crew working right next door (incidently, they say he was so proficient at what he did he left behind only two hairs((more about that later on transcript)) then would do something so rediculous as to go into a store and try to write a bad check (one of the reasons the prosecution says Daniel murdered Karen was because his check writing resource had expired) and then run w/ it when he check was denied. Make sense to you?
As far as the bad checks are concerned, all were written on his parents and Grandparents accounts (with the one written to J.C. Penny being the exception and it was denied). Although I am not condoning Daniel for writing bad checks on his Parents and Grandparents it gives you a glimpse into how Daniel did not nesessarily want to break the laws against society, but would break the law against his family. Incidently, Daniels parents covered all checks and Daniel was not prosecuted (maybe a mistake, in hindsite).
Concerning the murder, etc. charges, the Judge overturned the verdict and Daniel has been granted a new trial. Thanks Be To GOD.
Once again, I apologize if I offended you or others.
And, Thanks for the questions.
p.s. Daniel's parents are old (I hate to say that) high school friends I had not seen for about 30+ years until the trial. Reason for my interest? Name recognition.
