| It took nine pages to describe all the wounds on Karen's body. She had blunt force trauma to the nose, the left side of the face, the forehead, the left cheek, her upper lip, behind the left ear, left side of the back of the head, the left knee, and left lower leg. She had three large incision wounds to the front of her neck, and more on her right shoulder, the back of the neck, the right index finger, the left arm, the lower abdomen, the left hand, and the labia minora. She had stab wounds to her left neck, her left shoulder, the left arm, the left breast (five), lower left chest and abdomen (seventeen), the right side of the neck--28 in all. |
