So when Halbrooks and Powell claim that crucial exculpatory information about the
alarm system was withheld from them, it's a sad, absurd joke. They've known all this
from the beginning... you don't think they perused the Daily the week they were hired
to represent DWM????? That they haven't talked to Godbee before?????
The defense lawyers just wanted him to say the same thing in court he'd said in the
newspaper and to everybody he knew for the past 3 1/2 years, but he couldn't, because
perjury is a serious crime.

loose, and drop all charges against him, because Sarah Holden says Karen told her
the alarm was malfunctioning two weeks before the murder, and she had to disable
the beeping.
It has been known publicly for over four years that the alarm was malfunctioning...
but they claim it's evidence of police cover-up and prosecutorial misconduct and
evidence I'm lying, and evidence I killed Karen, and ....

HAS REWARDED AT EVERY TURN. HE TELLS CHANNEL 31 HE'S MAKING
NO RULINGS UNTIL THE APPEALS COURT RULES, BUT HAS ALREADY
MADE SEVERAL RULINGS, ALL WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION FROM
THE STATE OF ALABAMA (OR EVEN NOTIFICATION OF THE RULINGS)
THAT INCLUDE ORDERING DWM BACK TO COUNTY JAIL FROM DEATH
ROW, AND ORDERING MULTIPLE DEPOSITIONS TO BE TAKEN OF
PERSONS VITAL TO DWM'S DEFENSE--LIKE MORE OF MY BABYSITTERS.
