The prosecution petitions the Court of Criminal Appeals asking
for Judge Thompson's recusal.

The Court of Criminal Appeals orders Judge
Thompson to respond to the petition. He has
three weeks.
One of the points made in the petition was
Judge Thompson's ridiculous claim there
was no nuclear DNA, when there are scores
of pages covering it at trial. Perhaps he can
explain how seven and a half million to one
continues to evade his comprehension
and/or recollection.
