Thank you for all the great email I've received this week.
I know I'm NOT ALONE in my outrage at this comedy of errors... for
me, an absurdist nightmare.  THEY don't know it, but not everybody
believes the Decatur Daily.  Why, people here have gone so long not
believing the Daily that they believe their neighbor's rumors more than
they do a headline...  and probably should.

I'm having great difficulty with a local press that claims factual and moral
authority over me, when they have NEITHER...
A local press that aids my enemies at every turn, and blacklists me...
The so-called reporters who claim to know about this case don't know the
first thing about it. Most of them weren't even in court--they were outside
the courthouse hoping to catch some video.  Sheryl Marsh wasn't taking
notes at the time, but had "quotes" of my testimony that came directly
from the defense lawyers.  Chris Bell was asleep in court, and tagging
along behind Marsh the rest of the time.  And the Huntsville TV news has
smiled and giggled for four years about my wife's torture and murder,
looking for ratings.

They're not going to be able to smile and giggle anymore.
This is war.
It's time to choose sides.
Since Catherine Halbrooks says it's such a SHAME and it's so
SAD that I would post my children's picture on this web page,
I've decided to post another one, just for her.  It's the most
offensive picture I could find.
Well, your Honor?  Why does Catherine Halbrooks have the right to see our home
videos and not Catherine Tipton?   May we please have them back someday?
