Bulletin Board, Week 7
Judge Glenn Thompson has reportedly made his response
to the Court of Criminal Appeals, with five days to spare.

According to the Daily, he's "endorsed" the bloody
footprint, the hard drive, and the FBI report--already
covered in some detail on the website.

Tonight, I've added the corresponding sections from the
State of Alabama's petition, and added links to pages
already on the website.
According the Sheryl Marsh, sixteen days is
best described as a week.
In the 7th week of the website, I've averaged almost a thousand page hits
per day.
Given those numbers, it's clear there is intense public interest in this
website; more importantly, there is public interest in the CONTENT of the
site...
And none of that has been covered in the press, either.
Today, I've seen
Thompson's report, and I've
added two more pages...  see
"Thompson's Response"
And Judge Glenn Thompson is best referred
to as the "Tipton Judge."
The Huntsville Times covered Thompson's
response today, right in step with the Decatur Daily.
If you only know the case through the press, all you
ever hear is half the story--the half that's lying in
order to accuse the victims, the investigators, and
the prosecutors of being dishonest...
A well-known defense attorney in Mobile added a link on
his website to mine, saying it "vilified" the defense lawyers,
whom he called "able and aggressive."  He thinks the
website is "unique" because of me--a victim--making such
comments in an "ongoing" case.
There's a lot that makes this case unique, and
are matters of great importance.  It's just that
none of it has
ever been covered in the press.
They can't let the truth get in the way
of a good story.
