June 18, 2012 Daniel Wade Moore pleads guilty to the Wally World burglary.
August 28, 2012 Judge Haddock sentences Daniel Wade Moore to eight years
in prison. Then he "split" the sentence, reducing the prison time to two years.
Then he gave Moore credit for time served. Facing two to twenty years as an
habitual offender, he got a year in prison and five years of probation.
November 7, 2012 The Alabama Department of Corrections assigns Daniel
Wade Moore his serial number, 208017. He remains in Morgan County jail.
December 4, 2012 Daniel Wade Moore is transferred to Kilby Receiving and
Classification Center.
December 26, 2012 Moore is transferred to J.O. Davis Correctional Center,
near Atmore, Alabama, with a release date of September 9, 2013.
May 8, 2013 Moore is transferred to Alexander City Work Release.
June 17, 2013 Moore is transferred to Mobile's so-called Supervised Re-Entry
Program, which requires him to report in person once a week.
September 9, 2013 The Alabama Department of Corrections releases
Moore. He remains on probation, and is required to complete substance
abuse treatment at Phoenix House in Tuscaloosa.
